A quick update: I made an awards post for Pale Horse here which holds our recent awards from "Forbidden Awards" (3), "Spuffy Awards" (1), "Spark and Burn Awards"(1) and "Rouge Poet Awards" (2), Fang Fetish Awards (1), "Serenity on the Hellmouth Awards" (1) and reposted the 2 we previously posted about "Feeling For Love"- Thank you to everyone who nominated, voted, judged, or moderators. Hugs you all very tight!

Now my question: For those of you following Pale Horse - how would you classify it?
The reason I am curious is because I am having trouble putting a label on it, but the label is important because that dictates where you post it.
We have called the fic Spuffy, we post it at Bloodshedverse and Elysian Fields, and at both places the story has received excellent reviews. In fact, several people have told me they love the story and have barely noticed the lack of Spuffy because the plot is so wonderful (does happy squeee).
Then of course as two of my awards pointed out
"It's listed as a Spuffy fic, but if you're looking for love and romance, you really will be aching for it. This story is all about plot, and a more original one I've rarely come across."
"Although Spike and Buffy are supposed to be the main pairing in this fic, in no way is it centered around these two characters. In fact there are many different character pairings and many original characters that bring so much to this tale. Andrew plays a major role that gives new depth to a smaller character from the series and you can't help but fall in love with him."
So perhaps the fic should be more likely classified as ensemble. But does that mean I can post it elsewhere? Where else?
The story centers around (so far) the following plot lines - Spike, Buffy, Dawn, Andrew, Angel, Cordy, Riley, Graham, Lindsey, Nina, and Willow. Not to mention the OC's...
There isn't a single character who has gotten more or less screen time, each of them have thier own plot line, and are important to the story. Granted: Spike and Buffy are the only characters we promised not to kill, although by ch 15 you have a better idea of some of the other survivors. And Spike/Buffy
is the primary pairing.
So should I call this a Spuffy fic? Should it just be listed as ensemble? Can I list it as both?
Where else might be interested in posted it? We will have an entire story line for Willow and Xander (for
the_jossverse Since Willow is a huge part of the story, can I post this story at Willow archives? (Or Xander, Or Dawn, or Andrew - they are all as important to the fic as Spike and Buffy) Should I go do my homework and quit thinking of this... (probably lol)
Not terrible worried about this, because I don't have the time to post the story any where other then its current locations, and perhaps closer to the end of the story I will have a better thought.
But I was curious, especially since I have people who do not like Spuffy, actually telling me they love this story despite the fact that it is Spuffy. So very cool.
Now I should toodle off to go work, although this insane post is probably because I am lonely. Husband is out of town, haven;t seen a human being since Wednsday (other then hey look someone else is walking the dog), Rae, Tam and my co-writer are offline. Sigh... off to work... or look at the 200+ Buffy/LJ emails I should respond to.
